God's mission for us is to share God's love, welcome others into His church, and grow to become like Jesus. We took a leap of faith that our St. Mark's family would grow when we moved from our 1st Avenue facility to our present location, and God has more than blessed our efforts. Now it's time to take another leap of faith. Imagine with us what our future with God's blessing may hold.

People at St. Mark's readily express how their lives have been transformed and enriched through a personal encounter with Jesus and beoming part of this Christ-centered faith community. We are dedicated to transforming our community, reaching thousands one life at a time. As we look forward a few years into the future, we anticipate even more joy in the journey. Just imagine!

Imagine a reaching church. Our members regularly pray for those who are not yet followers of Jesus, actively share their faith, and invite them to experience Jesus’ love. Concerts, seminars, and special events are targeted to attract the non-churched community. Seekers are held in high regard; this is a safe place for them to ask questions and explore the Christian faith. Visitors now count for 40% of our weekend attendance.
Imagine a church known for its hospitality! Each weekend our dedicated hospitality teams create a welcoming atmosphere, reaching out to help the growing number of worshipers feel ‘right at home.’ Throughout the week our coffee shop, bookstore, and informal fellowship areas offer a sense of hospitality, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere for sharing life, encouragement, Christian witness, and prayer.

Imagine an authentic, passionate worshipping community more than double our current size. Our messages are Biblical, Christ-centered, and inspiring – clearly connecting faith and life. We have a reputation for excellence and joyful celebration in a variety of musical and worship styles. Our worship is known as innovative and relevant, using worship arts as well as modern technology to effectively communicate the Gospel and transform lives.
Imagine a church with over eighty percent of our partners, as well as many visitors, connecting in small groups for the purposes of spiritual growth, caring for one another, reaching new people, and serving others. As we grow larger, our small groups are essential for developing relationships, creating and maintaining intimacy, closeness, and personal care.
Imagine a discipling church with a comprehensive plan to help our partners in all life stages to continually grow more like Jesus. We constantly help each other discern the next step in our walk of faith and provide encouragement and accountability along the way. Every partner is committed to growth in six marks of discipleship: regular worship, daily prayer and Bible reflection, connecting relationally in a small group, sharing our faith with those who don’t know Jesus personally, giving generously, and serving the needs of others.
Imagine a church known for its top-notch children’s and youth ministries. Guided by the Holy Spirit, our innovative ministriesreach nearly a thousand young people every week leading them to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
Imagine an equipping church where our staff serve as facilitators, mentors, coaches, teachers and trainers to release an army of volunteers. Nearly 90% of our partners are engaged actively in ministry, using their passions and gifts, serving joyfully to meet the needs of our church, as well as multiplying mission opportunities in our community and around the world.
Imagine a church which gives generously in response to God’s grace. Financial resources are abundant as members invest joyfully in Christ’s mission and grow toward tithing. The congregation is blessed by facilities that are at once beautiful and inspiring and also well-equipped to support and enhance our ministries.
